Music & Voice Programing
Forte offers private music lessons for students ages 4 to adult!
Learning to sing or play an instrument can have a dramatic impact on a child’s life … and at Forté Arts Center, we’ve seen that positive impact time and time again with our students! Music is something we ALL learn to love from a young age, so why not take advantage of that early interest and develop it into life-changing skills?
Our teachers are eager to instill a love of music in each of our students, and to share their passion for the art. We believe music lessons are about much more than the notes!

At Forte Arts Center, our music department is designed to help students of all ages grow in skill, confidence, creativity, and performance ability through personalized instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether your child is picking up an instrument for the very first time or continuing to strengthen their musical talents, our experienced instructors are passionate about helping every student thrive through the arts.
Age Recommendations
We welcome music students of all ages, including teens and adults. For the best learning experience, we typically recommend piano lessons beginning around age 5, while voice and certain instrumental programs may be better suited for students slightly older depending on readiness and development. Our instructors work closely with each student to ensure they are placed in the right program for their skill level, goals, and confidence.
Performance Opportunities
At Forte Arts Center, students are encouraged to grow not only in technical skill but also in confidence and stage presence. Throughout the year, music students may have opportunities to participate in performances, showcases, recitals, and community events that celebrate their progress and dedication. These performance experiences help students strengthen confidence, musicianship, creativity, and communication skills while creating rewarding and memorable moments for both students and families.
